I forgot to post a throwback yesterday! So here is the video I would have shared with ya’ll had I not been slacking.
Usually I am the first person to complain about how most rappers only talk about big butts and such but I’m going to give Mos Def a pass because this man is such a good rapper. Only he can turn a song about seeing a girl with a fat booty into a work of art. Mos has such a way with words and he is such a storyteller and if you really listen to the words of the song the story that he is telling is actually quite entertaining.
